Bee Happy | Eva Puig Tella

Hi paperlovers!

This month prompt was to make a monochromatic layout with another accent color. As I have these cute tiny bees in my stuff for a long time I knew inmediately I want to use them when I saw the pretty cute file Paige Taylor Evans made this month in her "Happy Scrappy Place" for free.

So I went for yellow color to match the little bees and I chose the pale pink for my accent color just to mix with the elegant perxpective hibiscus flower.

If you can see I've drawn little eyes and a happy smile in the face of the tiny bees, and I think the result is so adorable, isn't it?

Then I went for several flower clusters that match perfectly with the colors and same for the backing papers of the cut file.

For several letters from the tittle I decided not to back with papers, instead of it I painted them using some watercolors.

I made the same technique for the backing part of the bee's wings.

To finish it I added the prettuy hibiscus flower perxpective and some watercolor splatters for a cohesive look of the page.

Hope you're having a creative weekend and don't hesitate to participate in this month challenge for the chance to win a voucher for the shop. https://www.bramblefox.co.uk/

XOXO

Eva.
