The Fox Box is delivered automatically each month. It contains the latest designs which are current to the season making it easier for you to use them. As a subscriber you will receive a free gift automatically every 3 months. Subscribers also benefit from 15% off in the shop. You'll need your subscriber code which was provided at sign up. Orders under £25 can be shipped with the Fox Box at no extra charge. International orders over this value will be charged an additional £2.50 to cover the postage costs.

The Fox Box ships on or around the 3rd of the month. For example, the September Fox Box ships on 3rd September unless it falls on a non-working day.

As a subscriber, you'll enjoy 15% off regular priced items with your subscriber discount code. We will send reminders occasionally. Additional orders must be placed before the cut off date which is normally around the 25th of the month. This allows us enough time to process the orders in time for shipping. Please remember to add your discount code to your order. Please also change the shipping method to 'Ship with my Fox Box' to combine the shipping.

We already have the Fox Box kits designed and waiting and we're sure that you'll love all them! Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to skip individual months. If you are unsure, then please order the Fox Box contents individually.

Yes! We work closely with our customers so that they get exactly what they need. You can supply artwork and we'll let you know suitability and discuss sizing, quantities and colour. We can also provide custom designs based on a brief from you, for example, a product to compliment a class or kit you have. On 1st July the EU introduced new customs requirements to charge VAT on all goods entering the EU. We ship to the EU but you may be charged VAT and pay a surcharge for customs. The customs charges are beyond our control.

Yes! We already supply a small number of shops and kit clubs. Please use the Contact Us page to request a catalogue and price list. To make life easier for our retailers, we provide all product images and descriptions so you can upload them easily onto your website.

Yes, we can. Creating a new design takes time for the design work. After that we prototype the designs to make sure they work as desired. If you let us know what you are looking for, then we can provide you with a quote that reflects the size and complexity of the items.
