Do you ship international?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Our shipping rates are really reasonable so that you can receive your own happy mail wherever you are. See our Shipping rates separately.
I have an issue related to my order - what should I do?
We package your order as carefully as we can before sending it on its merry way. Your order is hopefully handled carefully by Royal Mail but if you have a problem don't panic! Please use the Contact Us page to let us know. We will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Do you ship to the EU?
On 1st July the EU introduced new customs requirements to charge VAT on all goods entering the EU.
Wholesale & Bulk Orders
Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?
Yes! We already supply a small number of shops and kit clubs. Please use the Contact Us page to request a catalogue and price list.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
We want to work with retailers and kit companies to give their customers beautiful products.
Do you ship wholesale internationally?
Yes. We currently supply a small number of retailers in the EU and as far as New Zealand.
I NEED an item but it's not in stock. What should I do?
We try our best to restock items frequently. However, as a small business we are learning what our customers want. So if there is something you NEED - just let us know. We'll try to schedule it in. Use the form on our Contact Us page.
Do you make custom designs?
Yes! We work closely with our customers so that they get exactly what they need. You can supply artwork and we'll let you know suitability and discuss sizing, quantities and colour.
What other products do you sell?
At the moment we are focussed on beautiful embellishments for memory keeping, card making, planners and journals.
Do you create custom designs?
Yes! We have worked with many companies who love to include a custom design in their kit or collection.
I would like a personalised design - can you do that?
Yes, we can. Creating a new design takes time for the design work. After that we prototype the designs to make sure they work as desired.

When does the Fox Box Ship?
The Fox Box ships on or around the 3rd of the month.
I have a subscription, can I miss a month?
We already have the Fox Box kits designed and waiting and we're sure that you'll love all them! Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to skip individual months.
What is a Fox Box?
The Fox Box is a monthly subscription to a brand new collection.
Are the Fox Box items sold individually?
We design brand new products for each Fox Box including an exclusive item only found in the Fox Box.
What are the benefits for Fox Box subscribers?
The Fox Box is delivered automatically each month. It contains the latest designs which are current to the season making it easier for you to use them.
