Hi Everyone! It's Wendy here with my second post this month and I'm sharing a layout using Always Time for Tea and Mini Tea Cups perspextives which are some of the latest perspextives in the shop. As the Summer season approaches we are all bound to have an afternoon tea somewhere or visit a tea shop and these are super cute and absolutely perfect for any layout. Not being a coffee drinker it is so lovely to have a tea perspextive!
For my layout I used Pink fresh Studio Happy Heart Collection.
I went to visit a Scrapbooking friend who moved away and set up the most gorgeous tea shop on the Isle of Sheppey, so the perspextives were just perfect. I wanted to document both inside and outside as it is such a beautiful venue and also to show the yummy food we had inside. This enabled me to use lots of perspextives and have two tiers on the layout.
I distressed a journalling card and added the main Teapot and cute little teabags so it could stand alone on the page and added a few floral embellishments and a tab around it.
I then made another cluster to the left showing the beautiful outside photos and added a fussy cut window pane from the paper collection and used a lace border punch to add strips underneath. I also used Paper Snips #001 and cut out the word Wonderful and tucked it down the side of my photo. I then added a teapot and tea cup perspextive.
For the lower part of the layout I fussy cut a few more frames from the collection and added them behind my two photos from inside the tea shop. Again I used some strips with the lace border I punched and some more floral ephemera tucked around the photos and embellished with more tea pots and tea cup perspextives.
I resisted adding any mixed media this time which is unusual for me. I was so happy with how the layout turned out and was really just as pretty as the tea room itself. It really is well worth a visit and Sandra being a fellow scrapbooker has the best taste in decor which you will love!

Until next time ... Happy Scrapping!
