Gotta Love Christmas! | Giselle Homer

Hello Magpies, It's Christmas Eve and I'm sure lots of us are busy preparing for tomorrow and spending time with our loved ones. Meantime, I have a new layout to share today which many pets will relate to! I started the page by preparing my background with paint, using the packaging technique, plus some ink splatters and texture paste. Once it was dry I layered my photo and added it slightly off centre. Then I a drew a light pencil line as a guide for my string of lights, glued some waxed thread into place and added the pretty bauble Perspextives. I added gold stars to the points on the string, plus a flair and a die cut at the top right of the photo. I glued my Perspextive word into place a

Oh What Fun with a puppy in the house!

Hello there Foxy Friends! I can't believe Christmas Day is nearly here and this is my last blog post of 2019! At this point I'm usually much further on with my preparations but since becoming a dog owner for the first time ever, life has taken on a new perspective! I am sharing a 12x12 layout featuring Rory our dachshund puppy who has been with us less than two weeks and is already dominating our lives and causing chaos!! The beautiful festive red Oh What Fun perspextive couldn't be more appropriate! I don't own an electronic cutting machine but fortunately I have a friend who does! I came across this cut file called Dachshund Subway Art listing the attributes of a dachshund and I just had

Hi there foxy friends! it's cold and wintery out side but nowhere near as cold as it was last year in Breckenridge where I spent new year skiing. I created this LO to have a winter wonderland feel. I love the colour combination of pink and turquoise and my son's ski outfit was just perfect for this! I basically the created my LO around the photo! I used a cut file from Felicity Jane called Christmas Tree cluster which I cut three times and mirrored it to get it the other way round. I then back filled some of the trees with different coloured bazzil to add in darker shades of the pink and turquoise, some were sparkly papers. I just loved the little trees and houses perspextives from the Decem

Hey, Foxy Friends! Debbi here, sharing a holiday-spirited layout featuring the Little Houses from the December Fox Box.

Warm & Cosy | Julie Taylor

Hi Foxy friends, Julie back with you again today sharing a winter layout using the lovely Open Hearts perspextives. Warm & Cosy I started by adding some white splatters to a wood grain paper & then die cut some pine twigs & different leaves & a few punched snowflakes. I added a cluster on the top left & another at the bottom right, adding fussy cut houses, sequins, a wood veneer frame & then the beautiful hearts. the pop of red really lifted the page & best of all they have a slight glittery sheen!! Thanks for joining me today & please share any Christmas scrapping you may be doing over on our facebook page until next time, happy scrapping

It's Christmas!

Hi Kay here with more festive layouts using Perspextives from the wonderful Winter collection! For my first layout I used my favourite collection of all time! Snow and Cocoa by Crate Paper. The cutfile is from the Silhouette store and is a great way of using up small scraps of paper. After backing my tree cutfile I mounted it onto my background paper using 3d foam and then added my photo and a few die cuts. I completed my layout using a Bramble Fox flair badge one of my own handmade badges along with the "Bright" and "Magical" Perspextives. My second layout uses another Silhouette cutfile with various paper scraps from my Christmas stash. I added some Nuvo dots and inked around some of the e
