SEPTEMBER SCRAPBOOK LAYOUT CHALLENGE | EVELYNE SCHMIDTKE
Win some goodies by sharing your scrapbook layout.
It's my first time hosting the challenge and I'm super excited! I wanted something that would tell you about me, what I like and tell you about my style, the result could only be rainbow colour with a touch of black.
You should know that I adore bright colors but I love black equally and in all my projects there is this touch of black, whether it's the title (like this time) or stamps or black splashes.
I find this challenge perfect for summer photos as in my case, I loved these details of a beach bar.
I decided to use a sheet of Vicki Boutin's mixed media pads as background, and embellishments from Cocoa Vanilla's wonderful Sunkissed collection. I find the flowers from the Sunkissed collection look great with the photo and have cut out a whole sheet of flowers and leaves.
Of course a title was needed and what could be better than Bramble Fox's Perspextives? I had fun joining 2 titles in different fonts and arrows couldn't be missed. Do you have an element that you always use? Mine are arrows and hearts - I'm a romantic!
At the end I added some splashes of black and white color to give depth to the project and it was done !
