I couldn’t resist diving straight into the Just Chillin’ Perspextive from the December Fox Box for this layout — it was perfect for capturing a magical day out in London with Kirei and Morag. We spent the afternoon wandering through the sparkling Christmas lights, soaking up the festive atmosphere, and rounding things off with a cheeky cocktail (or two!).

I wanted the page to feel light, joyful, and full of movement — just like our day — so I created a diagonal design down the page, guiding the eye from top right to bottom left. This gave me a lovely sense of flow while leaving room for both photos and embellishments to breathe.
The papers from Hip Kit Club were spot on for this project, especially the soft pinks, yellows and icy blues. They coordinated beautifully with the pink and blue baubles, presents and candy cane Perspextives, ( some of the November products) creating a cohesive, frosty-fun colour palette. Layering the patterned papers and tags added texture and depth without overwhelming the page — exactly the right balance for this playful design.

To finish, I reached for Stencil #131 from Fox Box Plus, adding subtle interest to the background using distress oxides, I then outlined the stars using a silver fine liner, tying everything together with that perfect winter shimmer.

A sprinkle of silver stars, some fussy cut floral clusters and of course the Just Chillin’ title Perspextive (which I backed to make it more distinct)

This page makes me smile every time I look at it — a joyful memory of good friends, glittering lights, and festive fun. The Just Chillin’ Perspextive truly sums it up: relaxed, happy, and perfectly seasonal!
Thanks for stopping by, until next time... Happy Scrapping!
