Where to Next Scrapbook Layout - Wendy Meffan

I do love a travel layout and the Where to Next perspextive title in the April Shop products was the perfect fit for our recent trip to Japan. We had booked a cruise so was able to see many different places in Japan. I have used a selection of papers and embellishments from 49 and Market Vintage Artistry Everywhere, Teal and Ocean colour Swatch collections which coordinated perfectly with the Where to Next perspextive and some older cruise perspextives.

I think I have sadly used my last 12x12 paper from the Vintage Artistry Everywhere Collection. I inked the edges using Ranger Summer Sky ink. I then copied a map of Japan from a very old atlas, fussy cut it and inked the edges using Green Jean Ranger ink. I raised it on foam pads and positoned it across the page.I had multiple photos I wanted to use and played around with them until I was happy. I then used embellishments from the paper collections and Globe Trotters Mark dies from Sizzix to embellish around the photos.

The large block of photos at the top of the layout was the perfect place for the Where to Next title. i attached the good tiems word phrase from the paper Snips #089 to embellish the photos.

I then added the Sail Away older perspextive and a fussy cut Camera from the Paper Snips #089. Again I was able to choose the perfect coordinating colour of the camera!

I then added the blue cruise ship perspextive to my photos of when we boarded the shipand the good Times from the paper Snips #089

I the added a final anchor to the small tag over to the right of the layout. I used enamel dots to mark the placed we visited on the map and added some place names.
