Bucket List Scrapbook Layout - Wendy Meffan

The April perspextives are just so vibrant and bright and I just loved the turquoise Bucket List perspextive. I chose to documnet out trip to the Maldives this January to celebrate my husband's retirement. They have always been on our 'Bucket List' and so we had an excuse to go! The blue colour was perfect too for the colour of the sea. I used the April PAper Snips #074 and l used up some older floral ones #039 and #035. The tag paper Snips #043 were also ideal for tucking in behind the photos.

I had so many photos I wanted to choose i decided to print all of them and then determine how many I could use on the layout! I came up with the idea of a pyramid of them over a large title below. I hand cut my tile of the Maldives and then matted the letters to make them pop and then positioned the pictures above. I decided the Bucket List perspextive worked perfectly at the top of the pyramid.

I tucked in a fussy cut tag from paper Snips #043 and then added some of the flowers which I fussy cut. I then added a mini butterfly perspextive from the April Fox Box.

I then continued to embellish the photos using all of the above Paper Snips. I added some word phrases from the #074 Paper Snips to my hand cut title and another small butterfly perspextive.

Once I felt the layout was balanced I finally stuck everything down.

I have used papers from a recent Hip Kit Collection. I love how this layout came together and all the bright vibrant colours were perfect for the colours of the Maldives. And I have ticked off a bucket list dream!
