Picture Perfect Scrapbook Layout - Wendy Meffan

The Picture Perfect April Fox Box perspextive was the ideal title for my latest layout documenting our recent trip to Aruba. it matched perfectly to the colour of the sea in my photo! I have used a combination of Sketchbook and Smiles for Miles Collections by Bea Valint.

I loved the 12x12 Wonderful map paper in the Sketchbook Collection and decided it was perfect as a back ground. To make it stand out and add some dimension I hand stitched all around the outline of the map and the circle. (this took a long time !) I used two small photos and attached them to ephemera from the collection, and embellished around them. Once they were in position on the layout I was able to add the Picture Perfect perspextive as my main title.

I used the latest This or That Alpha dies by @49andmarket to create a second title. I created an ombre effect using distress oxides.

I further embellished to the right of the layout to give some balance, i added ephemera and chipboard elements giving dimension and interest. The large chipboard luggage tag was the perfect platform to add the arrow from the April Fox Box.
