Cute as a Button

Hi foxy friends, it's Wendy up on the blog today sharing a layout using some of the latest perspextives just perfect for all those favourite baby photos, grandchildren, nieces and nephews!

I have used a pre painted background for this by Vicki Boutin given to me by a friend. It was a quick start but I think I prefer to dabble with the paint myself. This paper was perfect however as it incorporated all the colours of the perspextives.

I have used Pink Fresh Joyful Day collection, a gorgeous pastel collection again perfect for co ordinating with the colours.

The photos were of my daughter at nursery when she was two years old and so the rocking horse complimented well as I associate them with children's play rooms. The little bow was from Hip Kit Club designed by Kimberley Hutchinson. It was easy to put together and sat well on the edge of the rocking horse base.

The moon also worked well with the project life card Love you to the Moon and back which was quite by chance I chose it. The title ADORE was from the Pink Fresh puffy phrases.

The little blue dungarees and elephant were also so cute I accented some of the cards with the light turquoise so I could use them as well on a little girl LO.

Pink is always easy when they're girlie pictures and I wanted the little dress to stand out so added the frame around it, again from the joyful day collection.

I added the Joyful day puffy stickers to give so depth to the LO and some enamel dots as a finishing touch.

It was fun scrapping baby photos as my children were school age when I started scrapbooking and I never went back to the baby times as there was so much else to scrap!
