A4 Scrabook layout ideas By Rebecca Meadows.

love scrapbooking? Are you looking for scrapbook ideas? Today, let’s scrapbook the everyday, the family layouts and things that are most important to us!

For this layout, I have used Simple Stories – Simple Vintage Love Story papers as they go perfectly with the February Fox box.

I chose to go for a diagonal flow to my background, choosing a base paper that had a small amount of pattern in it for my background, then adding a colourful paper as a border strip to fit underneath.

I outlined each of these in fine liner pen, then gently roughed the edge to give extra texture.

Using the blending brushes which are currently available in the shop I added a small amount of Tim Holtz ink to my background to create a small shadowed effect alongside the diagonal border strip.

I began to build my first cluster, which is the main photo cluster.

I backed my black and white photo with black card stock, then fussy cut some cameras from one of the patterned papers in the Simple stories collection.

I then added a tag building the layers as I went.

I added fussycut butterflies, then began took in pieces from the February Fox Box. The heart view finder tooked in perfectly and added a small pop of pink to my layout.

I added the adore Title, this title is part of the February Fox Box.

For anybody that doesn’t already know, the Fox Box club is a monthly collection of acrylic embellishments delivered to your door.

You can also subscribe to the Fox Box Plus which includes an A5 Stencil, Paper Snips cut-apart sheet, 5 epoxy flair.

Both of these are great value and give you the chance on receiving the new product straight to your door, even before they go in the shop.

Next, I began to build up my second cluster, again, layering, fussy, cut, butterflies and cameras, then took in a tag.

I added more hearts from the Hearts Galore Set.

This is a mixed set of hearts, perfect for matching and adding that little bit of extra to any layout.

Finally, I added Bakers twine to my tags and splatter to each of the clusters.
