As you shift from fall into the festive holiday season, this layout encourages you to finish your Halloween documenting — before diving into Christmas projects and what better way than with a dramatic, atmospheric page featuring the December Products Spooky Fun perspextives Collection?

This layout focuses on the haunting charm of the spooky houses in the Garden District of New Orleans, blending gothic elegance with layered mixed-media textures.
I chose a deep orange background—along with some torn paper strips, to set the tone. I layered over a subtle spider-web die cut, letting it peek out from behind photos and was the perfect background for the Spooky Fun title perspextive.

I used 49 & Market, Vicki Boutin Curiosities of Willow Grove Halloween collection to create this halloween layout. Vintage tones, and whimsical details bridge the gap between spooky and sophisticated.
I use a multi-photo film-strip effect along the left edge of the page. This is perfect for showcasing several angles of the Garden District haunted homes—those wrought-iron fences, towering oaks, and eerie balconies. A vertical film strip draws the eye downward and anchors the layout, giving me space to add mini halloween embellishments.

Finally I added layers of ephemera from the Willow Grove Halloween collection, slipping in bits of tickets, labels, tags, and pieces from the laser cuts in the collection. I added the remaining broom, hat and spell book perspextives to create a large corner in the corner of the page.

I love how this layout came together enabling me to use multiple photos and lots of the gorgeous Halloween perspextives to document such an amazing day in New Orleans over halloween.
Until next time ... Happy Scrapping!
