Beautiful | Cheryl Gerhard

Hi all, Cheryl here! I'm so excited to share my very first layout as part of the new Challenge team! :)

We are starting with a fun Tic Tac Toe grid this month and it was hard not to go overboard!

I decided to go for: 2+ photos, circles and ribbon/lace.

I knew I wanted to use this stunning gold 'Beautiful' title as my centre piece and found a few photos of some pink flowers I took in London a while ago. I started by trimming down my white card base to layer a floral paper behind it along with my ribbon. I then went through all the pretty papers from Pinkfreshstudio's Happy Bloom collection and die cut circles in all different sizes and layered them behind my two photos.

I also found some more circle embellishments like cardstock and puffy stickers in the collection, that went really well with my layout. I did cheat a little bit and also added a watercolour background, so I secretly ticked off another box of the Tic Tac Toe grid - oops!
