Hello from Sunny Queensland!

Hi there Foxy Friends!

I'm sharing my last January layout with you and my last layout as a member of the Bramble Fox Design Team!

I've loved sharing my creations with you over the past two years and I thought for my final layout I'd highlight a few of the reasons why I love Bramble Fox products!

This is a fun layout featuring my youngest daughter Abi who lives in Australia. Whilst here in the UK we're feeling the cold and some of us have had snow she is enjoying the sunshine!

I wanted to use the 'hello' perspextive from the January Fox Box but I didn't want the 2021 showing as these photos were taken last month so I simply slipped that bit under my photo! That's one of the reasons I love the perspextives, they are so flexible! Sometimes the word or phrase on its own is perfect for a layout but other times I like to pimp it up! You can back them or just back certain letters, tie charms, tags, beads or threads from them, paint them, tuck parts of them out of sight...... but one thing I always do is use Cosmic Shimmer to adher them, for me, that works best!

When I started scrapbooking, one of the first big purchases I made was a Sizzix Big Shot Die Cutting Machine. I absolutely love it and wouldn't be without it! I was so happy when Morag introduced Fox Dies. On this layout I've used the little tags from the latest release Fox Dies6 (HOME) as well as one of my favourite dies from Fox Dies 4, the fine trellis has featured on lots of my layouts and here, the little diamond shaped waste has been utilised as part of my border.

I can't be without a supply of petite perspextives! I mean, there's always room on a layout to tuck in a tiny something! Check out the latest Limited Edition Valentine Hearts in four gorgeous colourways!

I love a bit of mixed media and on this layout I've used scrumpled tissue paper and watercolours to create my background. I added a pocket with a machine stitched border to hold my tags and sentiments (more BF dies used in their embellishment).

All the paper used here are by Kaisercraft, an Aussie brand, gifted to me by Abi.

All that remains is for me to say stay safe, Happy Scrapping and thanks for all your likes and comments on my work during my time with the team, they've been very much appreciated

Philippa x
