Hi Everyone! it's Wendy here and I'm sharing my third layout for May using the latest May title perspextive Long Weekend along with some of the little arrow perspextives. This title is brilliant as everyone is starting to venture out again for little trips away at home or abroad.
I went to Paris to Version Scrap with a lovely group of Scrappy friends and had a day to whizz round Paris on quick sightseeing tour. It was such a fun day and I really enjoyed documenting it.
As I had so many photos to include I decided to print my photos very small and then I created my photo frame around them using a punch for the edges and hand drawing the spaces for the frames. I curled the end of the black card stock to look like an old film roll. I wanted to place the Long Weekend Perspextive as the title over the top of the filmstrip. I created some tags from some map scrapbooking paper and tucked these in behind and then attached the perspextive over the top. I then added travel elements from my stash over the tags.
Underneath the film strip I used the Bramble Fox Luggage Tag die #11 which has the Globe on it, and then added more travel ephemera around it. I then added the This Is the Life phrase perspextive to the top of the cluster.
To the left of the cluster I attached the little Arrow perspextives.
I added further embellishments above and below the filmstrip, including a chipboard Paris skyline below and I stamped above and added more travel embellishments. The Paris skyline and stamp I actually bought at Version Scrap! it was great to sue new products so quickly!
Finally I added a chipboard Geo Tag and added a French postmark Stamp along with some Thicker letters around the top curve of the tag saying Paris.
Do take a look over at www.bramblefox.co.uk to see all the wonderful products available now. there is so much to choose from and tempt you!
Till next time ...Happy Scrapping!
