Love heart XOXO | Vicki Parker
Hello Foxy Friends, it's Vicki here today with my latest layout using the February FoxBox. I usually have a process video to share, but unfortunately my camera only filmed 12 minutes! So here I am, writing a blog post instead so that I can share my process with you.

I started by cutting a heart from a piece of patterned paper and then cutting a heart the same size from vellum and stitching the two pieces together with white thread. I attached the heart to the middle of another piece of patterned paper. I wanted to stick to a monotone colour palette with some black and white.

I used a floral chipboard frame cut in half to poke out at the top of the heart - it was a happy accident that they were just the right size - I think it adds dimension and a cute pop of colour behind the heart.
I then fussy cut some florals from another piece of patterned paper and matted my photos with some of the same paper I used for the heart and some pieces of pink cardstock.

I popped the photos on foam and stuck all the pieces down around my photos.

Finally, I added in my Perspextives. The cute little typewriter to the right of the photo and the XOXO in the centre of the heart.

I am so happy with how this turned out - I don't often do monotone layouts, but it worked so well with my photos and the Perspextives. Thanks so much for looking. Catch me next time on the YouTube channel!
