Monkey Business - Wendy Meffan

Hi Foxy Friends! it's Wendy here and i'm sharing my last layout for September using the Monkey Business perspextives and the gorgeous cheeky monkey perspextives from the Wildlife Collection from the September products. I also used the FoxCut #47 and the Wild and Free epoxy sticker. I used Simple Stories Into the Wild Collection.

I started the layout with the Fox Cut stencil. I used Bundled Sage, Mowed Lawn and Antique Linen distress oxides to create the branches in the top centre of the layout, I then added a sticker from the Into the Wild collection and one of the Monkey perspextives and a banana perspextive.

I had chosen three photographs to use and played around with where to position them on the layout, I decided to stencil down the centre of the layout and position the photos around it. I fussy cut around some of the leaves so I could tuck the photos in. I added a tag behind each photo from the cut apart tag sheet and then added embellishment from the collection.

I distressed all the edges of the tags and the ephemera I used.

I added another monkey to the centre of the layout , to look like it was hanging from the leaves .

I then decided to add the Monkey Business perspextive as a title over the photo to the right. I added more ephemera and chipboard stickers around it.

I added a long sticker across the bottom of the layout and attached the Wild and Free epoxy sticker and finally I added some word phrases from Paper Snips #10 and the banana perspextive.
