Uni Fun | Rebecca Meadows

Morning Foxy friends. Rebecca here, with a new DT layout using the fantastic July Fox box 'Fun' title and items from the shop.

The July fox box is full of fun, bright colourful items, perfect to match with summer layouts.

For my layout, I started with a plain white cardstock background and trimmed a centimetre from the right hand side. I cut a strip of rainbowed paper and stuck it along that side, then using a journalling pen, I journalled all the way around the edge.

Next, I cut a rectangular block of patterned paper, which I would use as my main cluster background. I added my matted photo and began fussy cutting florals to add around the photo.

I punched two circles from snips #30.

This is part of the July Fox box+, if you need any further details of the Fox box or the Fox box+ please follow the link HERE. I used epoxy flair which is also in the Fox box+, I love the effects and dimension that these give.

I added black hearts from the mono heart set these are now available in the shop.

I used the mini tab die that was part of last months fox box (this was the treat that came with the Fox box) to create the tab and I added some mini alpha stickers to create part of my title, which now reads uni fun.

I love the colours in the fun title. But, they do move and fall out every time you move it around your layout.

If you are like me and take a long time to make a decision, then I would suggest that you add a little bit of glue to the inside of the fun title to fix the letters in place. This way it stays together as a complete piece rather than popping out each time you change your mind about where the title should go!

To finish, I added a couple of journalling word strips from snips #9 and #26.

Thank you for reading about how my layout came together.

Please take a look at the shop as there are many new items this month. If you love to travel, then the new perspectives will be perfect for you!
