Cause for applause!

Hello Bramble Fox Friends!

Philippa here today with my first blog post! I’m loving being a part of the Design Team and can’t wait to show you how I use the unique Bramble Fox products to accessorise my layouts and projects.

Rummaging in the attic the other day I came across my wedding album! I decided to create a layout using one of my favourite photos! I love the sweet cherubs that came as an exclusive

in the February Fox Box and decided that they were perfect for this page! Using papers from Indigo Hills II and a few from Paige Evans Whimsical collection I backed the cut heart, layered my photo and fussy cut lots of flowers. I placed these around the edge of the heart along with some puffy stickers and added a cluster in the top left corner.

I love a bit of mixed media and couldn’t resist adding some subtle watercolour to and around the flowers, a few splashes here and there with watercolour and silver ink, some coordinating threads and my page was complete.

In case you were wondering about the title of my post, which I took from the puffy sticker (bottom left), my friends were amazed when I announced I was getting married, it really was ‘cause for applause’!!
