A snowy layout using the Chilly Day Perspextive.

This winter layout came together as a celebration of texture, layers, and those crisp, chilly-day vibes that make the season so magical. I began by creating a snowy backdrop using glittered texture paste pushed through stencil #22. The subtle shimmer catches the light beautifully and instantly sets the scene, giving the page that frosty, winter-wonderland feel. To further enhance the background, I added delicate snowflake rub-ons, which add interest without overwhelming the design.

My 3”x5” photo is placed centrally at the top of the page, acting as the main focal point. I backed it with a few layers of patterned papers to help it stand out, then tucked in pieces of fabric and lace to introduce softness and extra texture. I love how the fabric elements contrast against the cool, snowy background while still keeping everything cohesive.

From the photo, I worked my way down the page with a small cascade of tickets, guiding the eye naturally toward a second cluster at the bottom. This lower cluster mirrors the top section and helps balance the layout. Here, I layered more ephemera and finished it off by placing the “Chilly Day” Perspextive over the top. To build the title further, I added the Highlights Perspextive from the July Fox Box, which finishes off the title.

Finally, I scattered a few of the snowflake Perspextives from the Winter Warmers pack around the page. These little details help lead the eye around the layout and tie the whole winter theme together. Overall, this page is full of cozy layers, soft sparkle, and icy details—perfect for capturing a special winter memory. ❄️
