Craftermath | Debbi Tehrani
Hey, Bramble Fox fans! Today I'm sharing a layout I created with some pieces from the September Fox Box. I used the purple crafty pieces to document Tucker, my little buddy who is always by my side on my scrap table supervising my work. It just so happens he was there as I unboxed the Fox Box, and I snapped some pictures of him watching me. (Please note that I scrap 8 x 8, so the products look larger on my pages.)
I used Vicki Boutin's Color Study collection from a few seasons ago, as I thought it a perfect collection for these pieces, both color-wise and theme-wise. How gorgeous is that title piece? I love the two fonts mixed together--Bramble Fox does such a beautiful job with their titles. I adhered a paintbrush from the Fox Box right next to the title, which almost makes it seem like one piece.
The "make art" piece from the Fox Box was a perfect addition to the jar of pencils die cut, giving it extra dimension. For more texture, I tied some twine around the can along with a silver charm from my stash that said "create." I love it when I can find perfect details to tell my story!
How cute are the little paint brushes and paint tubes? I love the etched detail on them. There was plenty of space on the paint tube to add a heart sticker for even more detail.
The tags from Fox Dies #6 are always a favorite for adding a little extra interest to a photo. I got the idea of threading the twine through two different elements from Julie Taylor. She does such amazing things with string!
