Hi Everyone! It's Wendy here again sharing my third post for July. I am using some perspextives from the July foxbox along with some tropical flowers from the tropical leaves collection. I also managed to sneak on a cheeky flamingo from my stash!
I seem to be eternally scrapping St Lucia but I did fall in love with the beauty of the place while we were there! I chose to use a grid layout and use the tropical water paper from Summer Splash Collection by Kaiser Craft. I then added a wood grain paper and palm leaf paper to make up the grid. I distressed all the edges of each square and stuck them to the page.
Initially I placed my two photos on the grid and raised them on sticky fixers. I fussy cut some flowers and leaves from Cocoa Vanillla Sunkissed Collection. I used a die and cut some leaves and then used the remaining paper as a stencil and used gold texture paste to make some gold leaves, which I then fussy cut. I added some of the pink tropical flower perspextives to the clusters either side of the photo.
I think the camper van is so cute and beachy and was just perfect for the photos so added it below them on the layout, along with the fussy cut vacation tab from the Sunkissed collection, I also added another flower and gold leaf as extra embellishments. I added some mini thickers as a mini title.
Finally I used the Destination perspextive from the Fox Box, perfect in its gorgeous turqouise/teal colour as my main title for the layout. As I'd added some gold accents I chose to add some gold thickers and extend the title to Destination Paradise. Along side from my stash I added the gorgeous pink flamingo perspextive. (I'm sure they'll come back in stock soon! I can't be the only scrapper who loves them!)
I love how this layout turned out and i hope you will feel inspired to mix and match different groups of perspextives.
Do pop along to www.bramblefox.co.uk as there is always new stock arriving!
Till next time... Happy Scrapping!
