**Capturing Autumn with a Feature Circle Scrapbook Layout**

As the days grow shorter and the leaves turn golden, I love reaching for my autumn supplies to document cozy seasonal memories. For this layout, I wanted to highlight two small photos (sized at 3.5 x 2.5 inches each) and build a warm, layered design that feels perfectly autumn.
The focal point of the page is a large feature circle created from eight different patterned papers. I chose papers in rich autumn hues—burnt orange, mustard yellow, different patterns, and a touch of plaid—to give the circle plenty of texture and variety. Arranging the wedges into a semi-circle adds instant impact, while also giving me a playful base to add some hand stitching.

Along the left-hand edge, I created a vertical foliage cluster to echo the beauty of autumn leaves. Layering die-cuts, fussy-cut leaves from the papersnips sheet, small leaf perspextives and a few dimensional pieces brought depth and movement to the page. I made sure the leaves overlapped slightly onto the circle, tying the two elements together and drawing the eye across the design.

To balance the layout, I placed my two small photos side by side just inside the circle’s edge. Their compact size lets the patterned paper shine without overwhelming the page, while still keeping the photos the heart of the story.
For my title, I reached into the November Fox Box and chose a perspextive piece that felt just right for the page & backed the open area with another photo of the fallen leaves.

The final result is a page that feels both bold and cozy—perfect for telling autumn stories. This design is simple to recreate, but the circle of patterned papers makes it unique every time, depending on your paper choices.
Thanks so much for joining me today.
until next time,
