Good Read - Joanne Bartell

Hello Fox Friends! Joanne here with my take on the March “Tic Tac Toe” challenge from Michelle Henderson! I used a Stencil, Stamping, and Splatters for my Tic Tac Toe!

I repurposed a composition planner into a mini album containing layouts about things I enjoy. I am having an absolute blast making these layouts. I am using only Pinkfresh Studio collections in my album, so this page featured Days of Splendor, as I feel the blue in the patterned paper is perfect with the Star perspextives.

I started with 1-inch strips of paper along the outside of the pages. I used a border cut file (COAPA) to peek out from underneath the strip. I distressed the edges of the border with Faded Jeans Distress Oxide to match the patterned paper.

Next was Distress Oxide blending through the Fox Cut #17 stencil to make the burst of color on my background. I stamped several circular shapes and script text on my background and finished off with gold splatters and enamel dots.
