There’s nothing quite like diving into a festive project filled with texture, sparkle, and holiday cheer! For my latest creation, I’ve layered up a joyful mix of tags, tickets, and bits of ephemera in the most perfect holiday palette — rich reds and bright turquoise. The combination feels both classic and fresh, with that retro twist I absolutely love for Christmas crafting.

The background came together as I played with the different paper elements, tucking and overlapping until everything felt balanced yet delightfully busy — just how the holidays should feel! Using the stencil #131 I added some tone on tone details to the background & using the star templates hand sewed on a few stars. Each layer adds a little more story and warmth, from vintage-style tickets to tiny patterned scraps that peek out between the tags. The pops of turquoise bring such a playful contrast to the deep reds, giving the page a cheerful, modern energy.

Of course, the real star of the show is the *“Jingle All the Way”* perspextive title. I wanted it to shine — both literally and figuratively — so I gave it pride of place across the middle of the page, highlighting it by adding to a chipboard frame & decorating around it. Its bold design and glossy finish catch the light beautifully, drawing your eye immediately.

To finish things off, I “hung” a few gold ornaments around the page, just like decorations on a Christmas tree. They bring in that final touch of sparkle and magic, tying the whole layout together. I love how the gold accents shimmer against the layered background — it feels festive without being over the top.

This page captures everything I adore about the season: colour, texture, and joyful details that make you smile. I can already feel the Christmas spirit jingling its way through my craft room!
Thanks for joining me today.
Until next time,
