June Challenge | Antonia Sherlock

Hello Bramblefox Friends, it's Antonia here today with our June challenge:

As we are in the middle of the wedding season, I thought it would be fun to take inspiration from the well known wedding rhyme:

"Something Old,

Something New,

Something Borrowed,

Something Blue",

I replaced "borrowed" with "Bramblefox", just to make it a little bit easier.

The layout itself doesn't have to be wedding themed, of course - I chose a beach themed photo and scrapbooking supplies for mine!

On my layout I combined two collections - one brand new, and one a little bit older , making sure that I added bits of blue embellishment to the page - this really wasn't difficult, as I was using beach themed collections...

I used the Life's a Beach perspextives on my layout - the bucket and spade are my absolute favourites, and they perfectly match the ones on the photo!

I added some smaller perspextive pieces to my embellishment clusters - I love how that red pops!

I also used the Just Add Water cutfile to add interest to the page. I put some sequins behind the aperture to create a shaker element.

I hope you like our June challenge - be sure to play along with us this month to be in with a chance to win a Bramblefox shopping voucher! You can add your completed layout to the corresponding album in the Bramblefox Friends FB group!

Happy scrapping!

Antonia
