This summery colourful scrapbook layout uses the fabulous Hello Summer perspective collection. I had such fun with this layout using some of my older photos from my cousins wedding a few years ago!
Items I used:
Moments to cherish perspective in bright pink
4 x perspective hearts in pink and white
Simple stories - Retro Summer collection
Turquoise pom-pom ribbon
Coordinating embroidery thread
I trimmed the sunshine rays paper down to 11 1/2" square, distressed the edges and used a pokey tool to make holes between the rays. Using coordinating embroidery thread I sewed between the rays to add a little texture to my layout.
I added a sheet of textured card stock 11 3/4" square and teased the edges of my page up to create some dips to add some of the delightful papersnips under before adding the final sheet of multicoloured checked paper to the back of the page.
I've used to photos in my layout both 3 3/4" x 2 3/4" including a white boarder. I popped these on foam pads and arranged various embellishments from the collection and from the lovely paper snips around them.
I added the luscious pink Moments to Cherish perspective at an angle and a few hearts dotted round the page using glossy accents. I added my raised journalling and I finished the layout with some flicks of white acrylic paint.
Thank you so much for reading my post and please pop along to the Bramble Fox instagram page for more photos....
