Summer, Large title | Julie Taylor

Adding impact with a singular large perspextive title.

Well the days have grown a lot colder but I'm trying to ekk out the summer by scrapping it!! I had these gorgeous photos & the XL Summer perspextive was just perfect for documenting them.

I just loved the sketch Morag used on the last Marvellous Monday so chose to use that but i flipped it 180 & used less photos.

I used white cardstock, as my background, & added some stencilling using the mermaid stencil with ink at the bottom & #124 & texture paste at the top.

I cut out some yellow patterned paper 'rays', positioned them at the bottom & stitched into place & I added some tonal inked words between the rays.

I adhered my 3 photos onto patterned paper mats & placed them onto the page.

As the Summer perspextive is open, it was getting lost so i added some inked gauze behind it to help it pop out & placed it under the horizontal photo.

It was just a case then of tucking in some ephemera & a few older small perspextives out my stash.

I'm loving using these large title perspextive & just hope they continue to make them!! Pop on over to the store to see all the ones they have.
