The Original Cutie | Debbi Tehrani

Hi, Bramble Fox friends! I'm here with another cat layout, featuring some of the elements from the new Cat Collection plus a gorgeous cursive title Perspextive and the fabulous Cat Wreath cut file. (Please note that I scrap 8 x 8, so the products will look a bit larger on my layouts.)

I used the turquoise and pink circles from the Cat Paper Snips 023 to choose my color scheme for this page. The little images also had some pink and gray, so I added those to the palette. I knew I'd be using the Cat Wreath cut file, which is such a great starting point for a page and really makes designing your page easy, and backed the cut file with different patterned papers in the colors. I chose a gray background to make the white cut file really stand out.

The black "Original" title piece is from the Authentic pack, which contains three beautiful and versatile titles. I added some words in alphabet stickers and had my title--"The Original Cutie," which perfectly describes my sweet Tucker, his smile matching the Amazon box. I had a black heart in my stash from the Hearts Galore pack to match my title. And how adorable is that little kitty tucked into a cupcake? He's also from the Cat Paper Snips, as are all the word and phrase strips.

Since I had that bold black title, I felt like my page needed some more black, so I added a border at the bottom, created with the Fox Dies #13 | Pocket Zip. You can see I added google eyes to the cat on the cut-file. How cute is that little etched wind-up mouse Perspextive? It's from the Cat Accessories pack, which comes with a whole bunch of cute little cat embellishments in a variety of colors.

I added some black to the top border by creating a black rectangle and typing white text on top. The cool stamped stars are from Fox Stamps #2. My final touch was to add some Nuvo drops in colors that coordinated with my layout.

And here's one more shot of the adorable cut file. So many fun things you can do with this--again I added a googly eye to the mouse, added a little word from the Cat Accessories, and tucked in a flair that I made with a circle from the Paper Snips with an Epoxy Sticker added on top.
