The Stockings were hung | Julie Taylor

Hello Foxy friends.

How's your December going? you all finished? Not yet started?!! I'm in the middle, done some but not yet finished & slightly panicking!!! It all comes together though doesn't it & the things you don't get round to doing really don't matter in the end!!!

I have found time for some scrapping though & I'm using the Stockings pack today, cute perspextives in 3 different colours, 2 of each, perfect for adding onto your pages.

I started by adding a few stars, to the background, with stencil #21 & some pink ink, using only the smallest stars. I then splattered with some blue ink.

I die cut my title 'Stockings' & added at the top of the page.

I then rolled & glued lots of strips of patterned papers & added to my page below the title.

I placed 2 tags, pointing downwards & added my photo on those.

The stockings were then 'hung' by wrapping thread around the perspextive & threading through the rolls of paper & attaching to the title.

I added a small cluster, at the bottom, to draw the eye down & reiterate the feel of being at home & finished with a few perspextive stars.
