Layout using the Together is Everything perspextive out the store.
This page came together as a beautiful mix of texture, layers, and quiet detail, and it quickly became one of those layouts that feels just as good up close as it does from a distance.

I started with a sheet of patterned paper that already had a mixed media feel to it, full of subtle movement and visual interest. To add a bit of interaction, I folded up the bottom left corner and hand stitched it into place. That little touch of stitching instantly added softness and intention, while also drawing the eye into the page. Because the fold reduced the size of the background slightly, I backed the page back up to a full 12×12 using a dark woodgrain patterned paper, which grounded everything and added contrast.

My 3.5×3.5 inch photo is tucked just under the folded corner, making it feel like a hidden detail waiting to be discovered. Around the photo, I layered in chipboard frames, tickets, and dimensional ephemera, letting them peek out from different angles for depth and texture without overwhelming the focal point.

At the top of the page, I added two paper strips to balance out the visual weight, and once again included some hand stitching to repeat that handmade detail from the bottom corner. Repetition like this helps tie the whole layout together.

Moving over to the right side of the page, I created a secondary cluster that flows down the page. This area includes more frames, tickets, and ephemera, echoing the main cluster while still feeling distinct. At the bottom of this vertical cluster is where I placed my title, layering it over the ephemera so it stands out while still feeling cohesive with the rest of the design.

This layout is all about layers, texture, and those small, thoughtful details that make a page feel truly finished.
Thanks for joining me.
Until next time,
