Winter Joy | Antonia Sherlock

Hello, Foxy Friends,

It's Antonia here today with my take on the January challenge:

This month's challenge is a recipe challenge:

Starting with the die-cuts - I included three different types on my layout: the shaker Christmas tree was created using the Bramblefox Christmas tree cutfile; the floral clusters feature ready-made diecut pieces; and the foliage pieces were cut with a die and die-cutting machine!

Perspextives - I included a title perspextive from the January Fox Box and some gorgeous mirror perspextive stars.

Stickers - I used alpha stickers to complete the title, and puffy sticker word phrases as accents for the embellishment clusters.

Paper tearing - I used this technique to create some visual interest on the right hand side.

Fussy cutting - this is not one of my strengths, so I kept it simple: I cut some small stars out from a patterned vellum paper, and added these to the embellishment clusters. I find that vellum is very forgiving for clumsy fussy cutters like me, so it's an all-time favourite for mine!

This month's layout ended up being a double page - here are the individual pages, close-up:

I hope you find inspiration in my layout!

Be sure to play along with us to be in with a chance to win a Bramblefox shopping voucher - you have until the end of the month to submit your entry on our Bramblefox FB Group!

You can also check out the new goodies in the Bramblefox shop!

Thanks for visiting - hope you all have good health, happiness and prosperity in the new year!

Antonia
