A layout using the Fox Box stencil #113 to give unique background. Creating this scrapbook page was all about texture, layers, and letting the details tell the story. I began by cutting a large heart aperture from the centre of my page. To soften it and give it a well-loved feel, I distressed the edge before machine sewing all the way around the heart and also around the outer edge of the page. Scrapbooking That Someone Special
We all have someone special in our lives who we create memories with that we document with a scrapbook page, well many scrapbook pages! The 'You & Me' title from the February Fox Box is perfect for any pairing. My layout began with a little mixed media, I used white gesso spread thinly as a base so that the pattern of the paper could still be seen.
