Scrapbooking That Someone Special

We all have someone special in our lives who we create memories with that we document with a scrapbook page, well many scrapbook pages! The 'You & Me' title from the February Fox Box is perfect for any pairing.

My layout began with a little mixed media, I used white gesso spread thinly as a base so that the pattern of the paper could still be seen. Then with 'Picked Raspberry' Distress Oxide ink & the #133 stencil found in the February Fox Box Plus I brushed on areas of pink hearts.

Next I fussy cut numerous cassette tapes from the 'Journal Elements' patterned paper included in the 'Happy Hearts' collection from Simple Stories & organised them behind my photo in a grid pattern. I then adhered my black & white 4x6 portrait photo central to my page.

To finish I added a handful of perspective hearts & a flourish of gems & sequins. Who is your someone special?
